Terms & Conditions of Contract

Operations Improvements Limited will negotiate a daily rate with the client as the fee for each piece of work.

This fee plus VAT at the prevailing rate will be the only cost to the client.

We are very happy to accept risk and reward arrangements based upon agreed deliverables and timescales

All employees of Operations Improvements Limited are responsible for their own pension, sickness, and holiday arrangements.

All personal expenses, including living away from home costs, will normally be included in the daily rate to allow the client to budget costs accurately.

Normal termination of contract notice would be one day unless otherwise specified by the client.

A normal working day would be 10 hours including travel.
