Paul Brown, Managing Director of Operations Improvements Ltd has a proven track record working as a director and senior manager particulary where operational change is required.
Much of his career in the private sector was in focussed areas where the business needed to change in some way and upon completion of his objectives he would then move onto his next task.
When he left AEA Technology in 2006 having significantly improved the performance of several business Paul decided to set up his own company and provide a similar service as an Interim Manager.
In his first full year as an Interim Paul won the prestigious REC interim manager of the year award for a successful assignment he carried out for the Forensic Science Service.
