REC Interim Manager of the Year 2007

In 2007, Paul Brown of Operations Improvements Limited was awarded Interim Manager of the Year for his work at the Forensic Science Service.Paul led a change-management programme at The Forensic Science Service on  behalf of Operations Improvements Limited, as part of the organisation’s transition from being a public sector company to a private sector organisation. Operations Improvemenst Limited were brought in to apply their extensive private sector management expertise to help the FSS prepare for a major tender in the North West. Over a nine month project, based in Chorley, they outperformed revenue targets, and transformed the performance and culture of his units. At the end of the project in March 2007, we were offered a new interim position in London, to restructure the FSS’s national operations.
