About Operations Improvements Ltd

Operations Improvements Ltd was formed by Paul Brown in 2006 as an Interim Management business primarily focussing on Change Management, Project Management, Director Cover, Consultancy and Mentoring.

One of Pauls first interim roles was for the Forensic Science Service based in Chorley - a role for which he received the prestigious REC Interim Manager of the Year 2007. This resulted in two further 6 month assignments with the Forensic Science Service in London and Birmingham

Paul is a Chartered Engineer with a BSc in Mechanical engineering and a MPhil in Materials Science. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and has had extensive management development most recently completing the IOD director development modules

Operations Improvements Limited are members of the Institute of Directors, the Interim Management Association and the Professional Contractors Group

In 2008, Pauls daughter Caroline graduated from her masters degree in Occupational Psychology and began offering services in psychometric testing, employee engagement surveys and assessment centre design. She has worked with prestigious blue chip companies such as Rolls Royce, Shell, Solvay and Morgan Stanley. Her work has been recognised by The MindGym and she is currently one of four finalists for her research on Employee Engagement in Teams. You will be able to view her presentation on the Psychologies magazine website from the beginning of March.
