Operations Improvements Ltd was formed by Paul Brown in 2006 as an Interim Management business primarily focussing on Change Management, Project Management, Director Cover, Consultancy and Mentoring.

One of Operations Improvements Limited's first interim roles was for the Forensic Science Service based in Chorley - a role for which they received the prestigious REC Interim Manager of the Year 2007. This resulted in two further 6 month assignments with the Forensic Science Service in London and Birmingham

Operations Improvements Limited are members of the Institute of Directors, the Interim Management Association, Professional Contractors Group and Federation for Small Businesses

In 2008, Operations Improvements Limited began offering services in psychometric testing, employee engagement surveys and assessment centre design. Our team have worked with prestigious blue chip companies such as Rolls Royce, Shell, Solvay and Morgan Stanley

We also have an extensive network of senior executives who can join the team at short notice for specific assignments
